At Wheels Bicycle Shop, we want you to ride with confidence. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to our local shop.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
