Do the bicycles come fully assembled?

Bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat post. We provide a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.

What is your return policy for accessories and gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused accessories, apparel, and components in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned once the tags are removed.

Do the bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty?

Yes, every bicycle sold at Wheels Bicycle Shop comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty covering frame defects and component malfunctions. Duration varies by brand, typically ranging from 2 years to a lifetime.
